Put this lines into vimrc:

noremap L f$
noremap H F$

Now press Shift+l to jump to next $variable.

Shift-h jumps to previous variable.

Comments

Note that L and H are already mapped. L will take you to the last line in the window, H to the first.

You may want to use a different mapping. I've found that almost all of the normal and capital letters are already mapped, so you'll probably need to use the ctrl or meta (alt) key, or some key sequence (<leader> may be useful - see :help mapleader)
