I often use Vim as my editor and Visual Studio 2005 as my debugger. Using this ca I can tell VS to open the file I'm currently editing.
ca vsedit :!"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\ide\devenv.exe" /edit "%"
