WARNING: Editing your Windows registry may cause unintended side effects that render your system inoperable. Although this tip has worked in the past for some people, there is no guarantee that it will work for you. Use with caution, and at your own risk.

Find or create entry on HK_CLASSES_ROOT/Folder/shell/${context_menu_name}/command, change the default value to 'gvim %1' without quotes.

The ${context_menu_name} (suggest using 'Open Vim Here') is the text shown on the context menu when right click on a folder or directory.

By using 'gvim "%1"' rather than 'gvim %1' you will be able to right-click open folders that contain space character in their names eg "My Documents" and so.
