Native Curl Support[]
Native cURL support would be useful for a lot more than vim-addon-manager. TwitVim, for instance, runs curl to call Twitter API, URL shortening services, etc. It would be faster and cleaner if curl was built into Vim. Many other web services could be used from Vim too if Vim had a curl or curl-like feature. Mortonfox 18:14, March 9, 2011 (UTC)
